An income share agreement (ISA) allows us to provide an education that is usually very expensive for no upfront cost, without debt, loans, nor interest in exchange for paying an agreed amount from income over a defined number of months upon starting a job. ISA payments flex with changes in an individual's income and life circumstances. ISAs pay today's tuition with tomorrow's earnings.

As per our ISA you agree to pay us back pending 2.2Lakh over a period of 24 months. Also, if you do not get a job of 5LPA(Lacks per annum) within 1 years of completing the course, the ISA expires. It is capped at 2.7Lakhs. If you are fired or leave your first job within 3 months of joining the payment will get paused until you get a new job. If you complete 3 months in your first job with min guaranteed CTC, after that you have to pay the entire amount irrespective of your employment status.
There are following clauses to repay.

• If you get job in between 3lakh to 5 Lack per annum CTC, your repayment cap will be 2 Lakh rupees.
• If you get job more than 5Lakh per annum CTC, your repayment cap will be 2.5Lakhs rupees.
• If you get job with less than 3 Lakh per annual CTC, then your START will not start until you get job with 5LAP

• You can pay in 3 month to avail 15% discount.
• You can pay in 24 EMI.

Yes, If you get a job within 15 days from the start of your training ISA will be terminated. After 15 days time period, yes you'll have to pay even if you get placed without the help of Blend.
